Third Thursday Service Design Chats # 9

We’re on again for another 3rd thursday Service Design chat. This time it’s out privlage to be hosted by RXP Collective, one of Melbournes fastest growing experience design providers.

As usual we will have a presentation to give fuel to the general networking, community building and chatting that happens afterwards.
The topic for the night as follows:
The practice of design and how we see design have been changing dramatically. We are now more focused on using design thinking practices and methodologies to define opportunities and solve problems, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.As designers, there is an increasing need for us to help businesses balance the craft of design with delivering at pace to market. Join us in discussion and as we share our thoughts and experiences on designing at speed.
