The conference will include a range of presentations, from practical case-studies to project challenges to new techniques for designing great customer experiences. The day before the conference will be a single day workshop on the technique of customer journey mapping.
The Customer experience 2015 conference will be held on 8 May 2015, at Sumac in Docklands, Melbourne. The Customer Journey Mapping workshop will be on 7 May, venue details to come shortly (but it will be in either the CBD or Docklands – easy to get to). Both will start at 9am, and finish around 5.30pm.
